What does the Digital Compliance Hub cost?
The Hub runs on three monthly plans: Compliance Essentials at £39, Compliance Professional at £69 and Compliance Complete at £99 a month, each for one service today. Group pricing is by quote. An optional one-off £299 New Provider Pack is available for providers setting up; there is no setup fee.
Can I start with one resource pack?
Yes. Resource packs are sold individually as one-off purchases, ranging from £49 to £797, so you can buy only the pack you need without a subscription.
Are resource packs automatically included with Hub access?
No. The monthly Hub plans include the connected audit and action workflow (the evidence library from Professional) and let you download the portal's document libraries. Standalone resource packs are separate one-off products.
Will the software or consultancy guarantee a CQC result?
No. Nothing we provide guarantees registration, an inspection outcome or a rating. Our tools and support help you do the work properly and evidence it; the judgement and accountability remain yours.
