CQC registration support
Application preparation, interview readiness and your care-provider website.
Starting a regulated care service requires more than completing forms. Your provider application, Registered Manager application, Statement of Purpose, business model, supporting documents, interview answers and public website should describe the same service consistently.
Haverton Care Hub brings these moving parts together into one structured launch package for new adult social care providers. This is registration preparation and launch positioning, not a guarantee of CQC registration, timescale, rating or outcome.

What is included
A launch pathway, not a form-filling package.
The package is designed to help the application, evidence, interview preparation and public-facing website support one coherent provider story.
01
Initial registration-readiness review
A focused review of your proposed service type, regulated activity, location, provider structure, readiness risks and immediate priorities before the application work begins.
02
CQC provider application support
Structured support with the New Provider application so your service model, governance, staffing and operating arrangements are described consistently.
03
Registered Manager application support
Support with the Registered Manager application, including role evidence, interview preparation themes and consistency with the provider application.
04
Statement of Purpose review
A review of the Statement of Purpose so it reflects your regulated activity, locations, service user group, aims, governance and service delivery model.
05
Supporting-document readiness check
A practical check of the documents you intend to submit or hold ready, including whether the documents support the registration story being presented.
06
Business-plan consistency review
A review of whether your business plan, staffing approach, launch assumptions and service description are aligned with your application and Statement of Purpose.
07
Provider and Registered Manager interview preparation
Interview preparation to help you explain governance, safeguarding, staffing, quality assurance, risks and provider oversight with confidence.
08
Care-provider starter website
A professional starter website that presents the new care business clearly while avoiding claims that could mislead people before CQC registration is granted.
Value framing
Built from services that have separate value.
The Founding Provider Rate protects the launch package from looking cheap by showing the value of the work when bought separately.
CQC application preparation and review
£895
Provider and Registered Manager interview preparation
£595
Statement of Purpose and evidence consistency review
£295
Five-page care-provider starter website with legal pages
£995
Separate-service total
£2,780
Business plan and policy consistency
The package includes a business-plan consistency review and supporting-document readiness check. That means we check whether your plan, Statement of Purpose, staffing model, policies and interview narrative describe the same service.
Full policy writing, full business plan writing and financial forecasting are separate services unless agreed in writing.
Starter website position
Before registration, your website must not imply that you are already CQC registered, already providing regulated personal care, CQC approved, CQC endorsed, rated by CQC, guaranteed registration or ready to accept regulated care bookings immediately.
The starter website is a business-launch and communication asset. It is not a CQC requirement and does not influence or guarantee a CQC registration decision.
Payment terms
- Pay in full: £1,799 on booking.
- Staged payments: £600 on signing, £600 after the first full application review, and £599 before the final review, website handover and interview preparation stage.
Staged payments are payment terms for the launch package. They are not a subscription. All payment terms, scope and cancellation arrangements are confirmed in writing before work starts.

The work is staged so gaps are found early, the application is reviewed in context and the website is positioned safely before registration.
