Does this replace education-sector quality assurance?
No. Haverton focuses on adult social care governance. Education, safeguarding and other regulatory responsibilities must retain their own accountable oversight.
Do all specialist colleges need CQC registration?
No. Registration depends on whether and how regulated activities are carried on. Providers should confirm their specific model.
