How we use information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, process orders, provide protected downloads, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use information where it is necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, or pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments and receives the information needed to complete a transaction. Our hosting, email and technical service providers process limited information on our behalf to operate the website. We do not store full card details.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers, professional advisers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where necessary and lawful, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal requirements. We use access controls, protected downloads, encrypted connections and payment confirmation checks to reduce risk. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Some information must be retained where the law requires it.
