Terms of sale

These terms apply to digital templates and resource packs sold by Haverton Care Limited through Haverton Care Hub. Please read them before purchasing.

1. What you are buying

Products are editable digital templates supplied as protected downloads. Product descriptions identify the files and subject areas included. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your service before purchase.

2. Licence

Licensed for use within one registered service. Not approved or endorsed by the Care Quality Commission and cannot guarantee any inspection outcome. © Haverton Care Limited.

You may edit and use the files within one registered service. You must not resell, redistribute, publish, share or sublicense the files, or use one purchase across multiple registered services. A separate licence is required for each registered service.

3. Professional responsibility

The resources support service governance and evidence management but do not replace professional, legal or regulatory advice. You must adapt every template to your service, people, risks and local arrangements, and check current legislation, statutory guidance and CQC guidance before use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are the total product price. Haverton Care Limited is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Access is granted only after Haverton Care Hub receives confirmation of a successful payment.

5. Digital delivery and cancellation

Before payment, you must expressly agree that supply of the digital content may begin immediately and acknowledge that the usual cancellation right for digital content ends once the download has been accessed.

Refunds are not available after the download has been accessed, except where required by law or where the files are faulty and we cannot provide a working replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Download access

Downloads are linked to the purchasing business account. Keep your account credentials secure and do not share protected download links or files outside the licensed service. Contact us promptly if a paid download is unavailable or corrupted.

7. Liability

No inspection or registration outcome is guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haverton Care Limited is not responsible for decisions made by a regulator, losses caused by failing to adapt or implement a template correctly, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version accepted at checkout applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
